MITT’s Strategic Plan for 2022-2027 revolves around five strategic themes – Teaching and Learning, Student Experience, Relationships, Team, and Sustainability – that guide our actions. These strategic themes reflect feedback from stakeholder communities and support our mission, vision, values, and institutional mandate. They are also based upon our proven strengths and indicate areas we know we can and need to build upon to achieve our goal of maintaining and furthering our reputation as a college providing world-class training and education.
MITT’s Academic Plan for 2022-2027 is founded on the college’s core values of being Student-Focused, Industry-Driven, Employee-Centred, and exhibiting Respect and Inclusion. Our vision is to create an inclusive, supportive, learner-focused environment guided by industry and recognized for excellence in academic and employment preparation.
MITT’s Anti-Racism Action Plan outlines our commitment to combating racism and fostering an inclusive environment, with a focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion as foundational principles for the college’s educational mission. It is structured around several key areas: people, organizational culture, development, partnerships, and business processes. Each area includes specific goals and actions aimed at promoting EDI and addressing racism.
MITT’s annual Year in Review provides a report to the community on the college’s progress toward its strategic objectives, celebrates our achievements, and includes audited consolidated financial statements.
The audited financial statements give a deeper look at the college’s revenue, expenses, and financial position.
