Fee payment methods
Due to the impacts of Covid-19, in person services including payments are suspended at MITT until further notice. Cheque/Money Orders/Bank Drafts must be mailed to 7 Fultz, or dropped in the red Mail box at the back entrance of 130 Henlow Bay (facing lake/Kenaston Blvd). (Note: There may be a delay in receiving your payment, which could result in late fee charges)
CASH payments for tuition and other student fees will NOT be accepted for the 2020/21 Academic Year.

How to pay your fees
The preferred method of payment for tuition and fees is through online banking with a Canadian bank account.
Online Banking – Skip the Line Pay Online
MITT strongly advises that online banking is the fastest and preferred method of your payment by anyone with a Canadian bank account. Payments are processed through your financial institution safely and effectively. Payments can be made from anyone’s bank account so long as the identifying account information (Student ID#) is correct.

International Funds Transfer
If you are outside of Canada, or you don’t have a Canadian bank account, payment can be made by these providers:

- Western Union GlobalPay for Students
Other Payment Methods
Payment may also be made by credit card or wire transfers. Additional Fees may be assessed for these payment methods.

Skip the line, pay online!
Step 1 – Log in to your online banking website or app.
Step 2 - Select Pay Bills / Bill Payments*
*Note that wording may differ depending on the bank you use.
Step 3 - Select Manage Bill Payees, and Add Payee*
*Note that wording may differ depending on the bank you use.
Step 4 – Search for and select “Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology”.
This will be different at different banks:
Bank of Montreal – Manitoba Institute Of Trades and Technology
TD Bank – Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology
RBC – MITT
Scotiabank – Manitoba Inst of Trades Tech
SCU – Manitoba Institute of Trades & Tech
CIBC – Manitoba Inst. Trade & Techlgy
Step 5 – Enter your Student ID # as the Account Number
Step 6 – Click “ADD” to complete the set up.
Step 7 – Select the option to “Pay a Bill” to make your tuition payment.
Transfer funds easily, securely and at your own convenience! Avoid the lines! Avoid Late Fees!

Online bill payments can take up to 3 business days to process.
Please allow for this time before your deadline, or a late payment fee of $100 may be applied.
