As we get closer to the Fall 2026 term, we will continue to share important updates that will help guide your experience at the South Winnipeg Campus and after the completion of your program.
Student Records:
We have received questions regarding student records and document access. As previously shared, MITT remains responsible for supporting current students throughout the teach-out period. Your student records will continue to be maintained securely throughout the transition.
Following program completion and as part of the overall transition process, MITT and RRC Polytech will work together to ensure records are transferred safely and securely. MITT student records including transcripts will be available through RRC Polytech who will hold the records and ensure they remain accessible. We will communicate with departing students and alumni when this process takes place at a later date following the completion of the transition, so you know where your records can be accessed moving forward.
As a reminder, all current students:
- will finish their program as planned at the South Winnipeg Campus (Henlow, Fultz, Pembina).
- will receive an MITT credential (parchment) after successful program completion.
We will continue to provide updates so you have a clear understanding of what to expect on campus. These updates will be shared by email and posted to the Latest News and the MITT Transition page on our website.
