Open House is Thursday, February 22, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Join us in person at our Henlow, Fultz, and Pembina campuses and experience life at MITT.
There are many reasons why you should attend Open House.
1. Explore MITT programs and their career paths
We offer more than 30 certificate and diploma programs. Whether you want to be an electrician, a software developer, a hairstylist or a pharmacy technician, MITT has you covered for these and many other exciting career opportunities.
Our industry-expert instructors will be on hand to speak with you about the hands-on training we offer. You can also chat with our Career and Employment Services team about the employability skills training embedded in every program and the many additional supports available to prepare students for jobs after graduation.
Staff from MITT High School and our Adult Learning Centres will also be at Open House to share more about these programs.
2. Experience student life, learn about student services and more
Get a feel for life at MITT. Our Student Services team provides academic, personal, and career supports for students. Chat with the team about the services they offer to make sure students feel supported and successful.
3. Discover our campuses and watch demonstrations
Open House is your opportunity to explore our campuses. Plan your evening based on the program(s) you’re interested in, or visit us at all three campuses.
- Henlow Campus, 130 Henlow Bay
- Pembina Campus, 1551 Pembina Highway
- Fultz Campus, 7 Fultz Boulevard
You can take part in campus tours or explore on your own. Walk through classrooms and labs, get to know our spaces, and experience MITT programs through hands-on demonstrations.
A shuttle bus will transport attendees between the Henlow and Pembina campuses beginning at 5 p.m., and it’s just a short walk between our Henlow and Fultz campuses.
4. Ask questions and get answers on how and when to apply
Open House is your time to ask questions and speak with our Admissions staff about how and when to apply.
Connect with them to find out more about MITT’s admission requirements, program intakes, document requirements, application processing times and more.
5. Learn about financing and funding your education
You may be eligible for multiple types of funding to help reach your education goals. MITT’s team is here to support you, from developing a plan to helping you find funding opportunities throughout your time at MITT. We help many students plan their finances each year. Talk to us about the possibilities.
