Bridging to Work

MITT takes an innovative approach to career education. Every student at MITT participates in Bridging to Work during their technical program. These workshops focus on employability skills, resume development, interview skills, and effective transition to work. Bridging to Work is another way that MITT is ensuring students and alumni find long-term employment success.

Work Connections

Work Connections is the resource for MITT students and alumni taking the next step in their careers. Supported by the MITT Career and Employment Services team, Work Connections provides relevant job listings to all students and offers resume assistance to help students get hired.

Work Connections is distributed through MITT email addresses with updates on the latest job opportunities.

Career decision-making

Trying to make a career decision or interested in learning more about a career? Career and Employment Services at MITT provides access to an online career resource called myBlueprint that can help with career assessments and occupational information.


myBlueprint provides extensive career and labour market information for any profession.
