Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems is one of the most difficult challenges for students. To develop these skills, students will build a comprehensive network topology based on skills learned in all previous courses. Problems will then be created in the topology that students will troubleshoot and repair based on best practices.

Managing Exchange Server
Exchange 2013 is a messaging platform from Microsoft that offers mailbox solutions, scheduling, and various other tools for messaging applications and collaboration. Cisco CCNA Level 3
The third course in the 3-course CCNA series. Students will learn how to configure and troubleshoot routers and switches and resolve common issues with OSPF, EIGRP, STP, and VTP in both IPv4 and IPv6 networks. Students will also develop the knowledge and skills needed to implement DHCP and DNS operations in a network. By the end of this course, students will be able to configure and troubleshoot network devices and resolve common issues with data link protocols.
