    The course focuses on the development of technical writing skills for IT professionals, focusing on the specific documents common to this industry, such as proposals, summaries, network design documents, manuals, Wikis, and processes. This course will also introduce software that can be used to produce these documents.     Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems are one of the most challenging challenges students face. Students will collaborate on a group project to simulate a comprehensive enterprise network based on the skills learned in previous courses to develop these skills. Students will then be required to troubleshoot and repair simulated network problems based on best practices.
