This beginner-level course introduces the core features of Microsoft Outlook, focusing on email management, calendar scheduling, contact organization, and task tracking. Students will learn how to send, receive, and organize emails, manage appointments and meetings, create contact lists, and utilize basic productivity tools. Hands-on exercises help build practical skills for efficient communication and time management.

Technology Requirements for Online Learning Components
- A PC laptop is required for the program and must include a working camera and microphone.
- Laptops must be PC’s that support Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Mac and Chromebooks are not allowed as they are not compatible with the learning management system used for the Microsoft Office courses.
- Students will be provided with MITT software and Microsoft Office 365 subscriptions at the start of their program.
