Permanent Residence

Becoming a Permanent Resident in Canada is an excellent pathway for international students who wish to build a future in Canada after completing their studies. 

Permanent Residence allows you to live, work, and study anywhere in Canada indefinitely while retaining citizenship in your home country. Permanent Residence holders also have access to social benefits like health care and the right to apply for Canadian citizenship after a qualifying period.

As an international student, you may be eligible to apply for Permanent Residence (PR) in Canada after completing your studies. There are two primary pathways: Federal Programs and the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
