MITT is proud to host its annual Pow Wow on Friday, April 17 at our Henlow Campus. Everyone is invited to be part of this vibrant, community-filled celebration, honouring the achievements of our Indigenous (First Nations, Métis, and Inuit) students in a traditional and meaningful way.
Whether you’re a student, staff member, community partner, or neighbour, this is a chance to experience rich Indigenous culture, connect with community, and take part in a welcoming event.
Throughout the day, enjoy drumming, dancing, and an Indigenous market featuring local vendors and crafters offering jewelry, artwork, and more.
Dancers are warmly welcomed to participate and will receive an honorarium. Dancer registration will be on site. Drum group participation is by invitation only.
Vendors interested in a booth at the Indigenous market can reach out to indigenous@mitt.ca.
