Parking Information

Student Parking
Parking at the South Winnipeg Campus will now be facilitated by RRC Polytech and monitored by Impark.
Fall 2026 Term
For the Fall 2026 term, the student parking lot structure and fees will remain in place, and students should continue parking in their existing designated student lots.
Students who are already paying for monthly parking do not need to take action at this time.
Monthly parking passes for Henlow, Pembina, and Fultz buildings can be purchased for $25 per month.
South Winnipeg Campus students who require parking, including RRC Polytech and MITT students, should email parking@rrc.ca for enrollment instructions.
Winter 2027 Term and Beyond
Beginning January 1, 2027, standard parking rates will be implemented across all RRC Polytech-operated parking lots.
All staff and students will pay the same monthly parking rate of $70 plus GST per month, creating a consistent parking program across campuses.
Daily Parking
Daily parking is available through HangTag at $5 per day.
- Download the app, register your vehicle, and log in when parking is needed.
- Daily parkers can use any designated student parking space (except RESERVED, VISITOR, or STAFF parking).
Beginning January 1, 2027, the daily or visitor rate will change to $2.25 per hour up to a maximum of $9.00 per day.
Visitor Parking
Visitors can park for free in designated visitor parking spaces.
- Registration: Sign in at the campus registration desk and provide your vehicle’s license plate information.
- Please avoid parking in areas marked for students or staff. If visitor parking is full, street parking may be required.

Enjoy convenient food options at MITT campuses to fuel your day:
Henlow Campus – The Bridge Café
Start your day with a hot breakfast or lunch and grab afternoon snacks, including convenient grab-and-go items. Choose from a variety of hot and cold beverages. Onsite amenities include microwaves and vending machines.

Choose from grab-and-go snacks, hot and cold beverages, and access onsite microwaves and vending machines. A variety of off-campus fast food and dine-in restaurants are located nearby.
Transportation
All MITT campuses are easily accessible by public transportation. For route information, visit the Winnipeg Transit website.
Purchasing a Peggo Bus Card:
Students can purchase a peggo bus card (bus pass) at MITT with a valid student ID. Cards are available at the following campuses:

Adding Funds to Your Peggo Bus Card:
Once you’ve purchased your peggo card, you can load money at a discounted student rate using one of these methods:

- By calling 311.
Important Tip
Register your peggo bus card online at efare.winnipegtransit.com to protect your balance in case of loss or theft.
The Pembina Trails School Division provides limited bussing from their high schools to MITT. For more details about this service, students should contact their high school directly.

To rent a locker, please use the RRC Polytech Campus Store contact form, or visit the Exchange District or Notre Dame Campus Stores in person. Please note that in-person locker rentals require the presentation of valid MITT student ID.

- 4-month term – $31
- 10-week term – $18.50
Locks: Students must provide their own locks.
