Customized Training with MITT

MITT prides itself in developing customized and flexible training options.

Whether you are looking to upgrade your team’s skills, or train and certify new employees in specialized techniques your company utilizes, MITT is able to create a program that caters to your needs.

Programming can be delivered at any of our campuses, in your workplace, or in remote locations. We can provide instructors, work with your trainers, or seek out a third party to provide program delivery.

Our approach to training is learner focused and applies best practices in adult education and skills development. These practices encourage a combination of theory and practical learning opportunities.

Training can be scheduled around your needs: days, evenings, weekends, and accommodating shift work. This flexibility allows MITT to deliver high quality and relevant training to your staff with minimal impact on your day to day operations.

Canada-Manitoba Job Grant

The Canada-Manitoba Job Grant is an employer-driven approach to help Manitobans gain the skills they need to fill available jobs and to help employers develop the skills of their existing workers to meet the requirements of their present job, or to move into a better job.

Eligible employers may apply for up to $10,000 for each individual worker to assist with training costs. Find out if your organization is eligible for assistance with training costs!
