The total cost of a Post-Secondary or Post-Graduate program = Tuition + Fees + Health Insurance (International students only) + textbook and supplies costs.
Important:
- Tuition and fees are calculated on a program basis, not per course
- Admitted students may login to the Student Portal for a full breakdown of fees
- Textbook and supplies costs are not included in the tuition and fees amounts listed below
- International students attending a 2-year program who receive Permanent Resident (PR) Status are eligible for Domestic tuition rates for year 2 provided proof of PR status is submitted prior to the 100% refund deadline for year 2

This chart includes an estimated amount for the international student health insurance plan. This mandatory health insurance fee is charged annually and varies by program. Admitted students may log in to their Student Portal Account for a personal fee statement.

Late payment and Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Fees
Late Payment Fees
You are responsible for ensuring you are aware of your payment deadlines. Not being aware of payment deadlines is not considered a valid reason for non-payment.
Some payment methods, such as online bill payments from a bank account, can take up to three business days to receive and process. To prevent late payment fees, please ensure you submit your payment in advance of the payment due date.
If your payment is not received by the payment deadline(s), you will have an outstanding balance and will be subject to any or all of the following:
Assessment of Fees
- $50 payment plan fee
- $100 late payment fee
Account Hold
- No access to print unofficial transcripts from student portal account
- No ordering of confirmation of enrolments, transcripts, and other official documents
- No receipt of graduation package including parchments and proof of graduation
- Deregistration from future courses
- Withdrawal from academic program
- Cannot apply to new or alternate forms of study at MITT

Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Fees
The current NSF fee is $25.00.
Any form of payment which is subsequently refused by the banking institution will be assessed an NSF fee. This includes cheques returned by the bank for insufficient funds, stop payments, closed accounts, and credit card chargebacks.
Students using the Rotessa payment plan will be subject to this fee for any withdrawal attempt that is rejected.
Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refunds
Program Cancellation
In the event that a program is cancelled, students are eligible for a full refund of application fees, deposits, and tuition fees previously paid.
All programs are subject to cancellation due to insufficient enrolment.

Withdrawal Requests and Refunds
Students are responsible for notifying MITT when withdrawing from their program of study.
