Important Notes - COVID Protocols, Effective April 20, 2020:
- Completed forms must be submitted to the email address noted on the Form
- Documents such as transcripts, letters, and T2202 Receipts are issued as PDF documents and sent by email
- Replacement Certificate/Diploma Parchments will only be issued by mail
