Communication

Our primary method of communication with students is through email. Students are encouraged to review and update their personal email and mailing addresses in the Student Portal.

Gown Rental and Ceremony Registration

All graduates participating in a ceremony are required to rent and wear academic attire (gown, cap, and tassel).

  • Gown rental ordering deadline: June 8, 2023
  • Click here to start the gown rental process. You will be required to enter your student number.
  • Gown rental fee is $52.50 plus taxes (Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and Discover accepted)
  • Fee includes a graduation cap and tassel which you may keep as souvenirs
  • Your order also serves as your ceremony registration, and you will be asked to identify the number of guests you will be bringing

A limited number of on-site gown rentals will be available at your ceremony. However, we strongly recommend you order a gown by June 8 as on-site rental demand may exceed supplies.  The on-site gown rental fee is $70.00 (taxes included).

Graduation Photos

Graduation portraits and other photo opportunities, including photos of graduates crossing the stage, will  be available at the convocation ceremony.

Graduate Awards

Graduate Awards are presented to graduates who demonstrated outstanding achievement in both theoretical and practical skills. Some awards also recognize community involvement, volunteerism, participation, and leadership.
