NOTICE: MITT convocations are public events. Photographs and/or video and/or audio recordings of this event may be produced. The photographs and/or video may include your recognizable image. By participating in this event, you consent to being photographed, videotaped, and/or audio recorded and you authorize the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology to use the photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings in its activities, at its events, and in its promotional material, in print or electronic format, including on the internet via the college’s website or other social media websites.

Graduation Packages

Graduation packages will be available 4 - 6 weeks after classes finish, and not at the Convocation Ceremony.

This package includes your certificate or diploma, a final official transcript and, for international students, a confirmation of completion letter.

Our primary way of communicating with students is through email. Students are encouraged to review and update their email and mailing addresses in the Student Portal.

2022 Graduation Photos

Graduation portraits and other photo opportunities, including photos of graduates crossing the stage at Convocation, will be available at the June 22, 2022 convocation event.

Option 1 – Portraits:

The opportunity for graduation portraits will be available before and after the ceremony. Students interested in taking portraits prior to the ceremony are asked to arrive early and visit the Lifetouch table. Students will be provided proofs, with the opportunity to order online directly through Lifetouch. Pre-registration is not required.

Option 2 – Stage Photos:

Lifetouch will be taking photos of each graduate as they receive their certificate or diploma. If you would like to purchase the image of this special moment, please visit the Lifetouch table on the day of the ceremony. Also available, is the option to pre-register [PDF] for your order.
