How MITT connects you to top talent:

• Work Connections job board: Post your job opportunities to reach over 4,000 students and countless alumni. This free tool helps you connect with candidates who are ready to contribute from day one.
• Work placements: Many of MITT’s programs require students to participate in work-integrated learning with local employers. Visit our Work Placement page to learn more about why you should have an MITT student complete a work placement at your business.
• Career events: Meet face-to-face with skilled students and alumni at MITT’s signature events. These career fairs, networking events, and information sessions offer an excellent platform to showcase your organization and recruit new talent.
• Guest lectures and presentations: Engage with students in the classroom through a guest lecture, panel discussion, and more to share about your organization and expertise.

• MITT Volunteer Program (MVP): Request student volunteers for your event and help them earn hours towards their volunteer certificate. Email volunteer@mitt.ca to get started.

1. Once signed up, log in to your Work Connections account to view available events.
2. Follow the instructions to register for a booth at the next fair, participate in a networking event, or request an information session.
