Important Information for International Applicants

It is important that you check IRCC study permit processing times and understand current IRCC guidelines and requirements, as well as review our on campus start dates and withdrawal and refund information, before applying to MITT. Application fees are non-refundable.

Out of an abundance of caution and to safeguard our international applicants, applications submitted after the dates below without a valid study permit, study permit approval (e.g. Port of Entry Letter of Introduction) or without implied status (Proof of an in-Canada study permit application submitted before the previous study permit expired) will not be processed and will not be considered for future intakes*. Some exceptions may apply for applicants applying from countries identified by MITT as having acceptable study permit processing times. Please inquire with admissions@mitt.ca prior to applying. Application fees are non-refundable.

In order to manage limited seats, application processing volumes and timelines, MITT accepts a finite number of applications per program. Applications may close in advance of the dates listed above. Once a program has reached its target, the application for that program will close. Applications received will be assessed and if seats remain available, the program will re-open.
