Thames Campus

Thames Campus is designed to assist learners in completing their Mature Student High School Diploma, or upgrading in order to gain admission to post-secondary institutions. It is located at:

  • Unit G, 431 Thames Avenue just off Watt Street in Elmwood

Our program offers daytime classes delivered on a semester system (18 weeks) at each of our three sites. Optional courses offered are automated office, career development, psychology, law, family studies, physics, chemistry, biology, and global issues. Our summer school program (40S Transactional English and 40S Math Essentials) runs through July and August every year. All Online classes will run in a paced format. Students must keep up with assignments and test deadlines. Final exams must be written in person at one of the MITT ALC locations. Students will write Provincial Final Exams in English 40S, Applied Math 40S, Pre-Calculus 40S, and Essential Math 40S.
Students must complete the MITT Adult Learning Centres Introduction to Online Learning Module as part of our programming for any hybrid/online classes.
All Online classes will use the Brightspace (D2L) platform.
