Orientation information for New Students starting February 2018
Welcome New Students! We are delighted to know that you will be joining MITT!
As part of your first days on campus, we have organized an orientation for you to get familiarized with the college. This session will take place on February 5 from 9:00 am to 11:30 am at the Deltas room, Henlow Campus.
Orientation is a mandatory event where you will learn about the services, activities and supports available to you. During orientation, also, you will have a chance to purchase a post-secondary bus pass and a locker, as well as obtain your MITT student ID card.
Who should attend?
The New Student Orientation is for all MITT students in Day, Evening, Secondary Day and Afternoon programs (e.g. Pembina Trails students, MITT High School students & les étudiants de la Division scolaire franco-manitobaine DSFM).
First day of technical program – February 6
All students attending orientation on February 5 will begin their technical program on Tuesday, February 6 at their corresponding class time. During orientation you will receive further information about your program schedule, classroom location and instructor.
Check out a map and parking information, and look up how to get here on the bus. If interested, students are encouraged to purchase a parking pass prior to their first day of classes, as street parking is limited.
If you have questions about Orientation, please send an email to orientation@mitt.ca. We look forward to meeting you!
