Aazhogan Aboriginal Student Centre
The Aazhogan Aboriginal Student Centre is MITT's on-campus meeting place for our First Nations, Inuit, and Metis students.
Aazhogan is the Ojibwe word meaning "bridge" and is used to describe the connections MITT is creating between students and employers, the worlds of education and work, and amongst all of our diverse groups of students.
The Aazhogan Aboriginal Student Centre is part of the Student Services Centre at the Henlow campus and is adjacent to the office of MITT's Aboriginal Student Advisor. MITT's Aboriginal Students Group meets regularly in the Aazhogan Aboriginal Student Centre and it is a place to find support, a space to study, and somewhere to just spend time and socialize with friends and classmates.
