    • Motosport Engine and Exhaust Technology

      This course focuses on engine fundamentals including 4 stroke engine operations and 2 cycle engine operations. Lubrication, cooling systems, exhaust and engine tune-up, and overhaul procedures are also covered.

    • Motosport Brakes and Hydraulic Systems

      Students explore brake and hydraulic systems in regards to ABS fundamentals, electronic brake by wire, traction control, axle service, and wheel and tire service.

    • Motosport Frames and Structural Components

      Students explore the chassis, specifically the frame and suspension type, spring theory, shock theory, and steering components.

      This course focuses on the diagnosis and service of clutch systems. Transmission types, components as well as drive types are also included.

      This course focuses on fuel and exhaust emissions, exhaust control electronics, and ignition systems. Students learn to service and rebuild carburetors and service electronic fuel injection systems.

    • Motosport Electronic Essentials

      This course provides students with knowledge in electrical system theory and repair. Lighting and wiring fundamentals, ignition system fundamentals, and diagnosis of electronic malfunctions are also covered.

    • Motosport System Analysis and Repair

      This course focuses on the practical application of skills in troubleshooting and repair of motosport systems. Performing scheduled motosport maintenance and off-season storage of vehicles will also be covered.

    • Motosport Service Applications and Troubleshooting

      This course provides students with the technology, fundamentals, and skills required to retrieve and interpret service and parts data, interpret and complete related documents, work orders, and invoices. Students will also be introduced to motosport specialized welding and machine shop practices.

    • Advanced Applied Motosport Applications

      This is an opportunity for students to refine and expand their technical and employability skills in the workplace. Students will be required to work on multiple types, makes, and models of vehicles, tools, and equipment.
