Registration is now open for the following courses:

  • Cisco CCENT Level 1
  • Cisco CCENT Level 2
  • Cisco CCNA Level 3
  • Cisco CCNA Level 4
  • Cisco CCNA Security

The next start dates are:

  • Saturday, February 9, 2019. Registration deadline: Friday, January 25.
  • Saturday, April 27, 2019. Registration deadline: Friday, April 12.

Note: Cisco classes are subject to meeting the required enrollment numbers. Course offering dates are subject to change and/or cancellation.

Important Notice - Cisco Class Format

Cisco courses are facilitated via a blended-delivery model, consisting of online and in-class learning. Students may be expected to complete additional course work outside of assigned class hoursLearners are expected to participate in both the online classes and in-class labs, according to the times that are indicated below.

Online classes will be delivered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 – 9:00 pm.
In-class labs will take place on Saturdays, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, at MITT’s Henlow campus.
Course registrants must have access to a personal desktop computer or laptop - including a microphone - with strong internet connection for online class participation.


These classes have a multi-level structure. The classroom will consist of students who are taking any one of the Cisco CCENT or CCNA courses.  Students can expect to be taught with the help of instructor guidance in a self-directed learning environment. Access to online learning resources will be provided on the first day of class. 

The cost for writing a certification exam is not included in the tuition fee. Students must register through Pearson VUE to challenge a certification exam.

Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology is a Cisco Academy, a Cisco Academy Support Centre (ASC), and a Cisco Instructor Training Centre (ITC).
