Registration Fee: $275.00

Your Costs:
Your Explore Bursary covers the cost of accommodations, tuition and three meals per day during the program. Transportation (local and to/from Winnipeg) and incidental costs are not included.

Program Description: MITT's English Language Institute is committed to providing a fulfilling language learning experience. Our program aims to improve your skills in all four key components -reading, writing, listening and speaking - by immersing you in the English language through classroom work as well as socio-cultural activities.  Our highly skilled instructors will push you to improve your English abilities through engaging lessons and activities.  We are sure you will enjoy your summer in "Friendly Manitoba"!

Supplies: Textbooks and learning materials will be provided at no charge to students.  All other supplies such as pencils, notebooks, pens, etc. must be supplied by students.

Insurance: Students are required to purchase their own travel health insurance prior to arriving in Manitoba.

Sample Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm English for General Purposes
Monday - Friday 12:00pm-1:00pm Lunch
Monday - Friday 1:00pm-4:00pm Seminar / Activity
Saturday - Sunday time TBD Activity

Arrival:  June 24 or 25  – Students must arrange to arrive on one of these dates.  Early arrivals will incur an extra charge and must be approved by the Program Director.

June 26 – Placement Tests and Program Orientation

June 27 – Socio-cultural Activity

June 28 – First day of class

July 28 – Final day of class/assessment test and Farewell Party

July 29 – Students depart Winnipeg (late departures will incur an extra charge and must be approved by the Program Director)
