Spring 2018 Convocation

The Spring Convocation ceremonies will be held at the RBC Convention Centre on Friday, June 22, 2018, at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. 

Refer to the lists below, to identify which ceremony you will attend.

How do I register for Convocation?

By reserving your gown, you are letting us know that you plan to attend the ceremony.

Lifetouch Photos at Convocation

Lifetouch has been enlisted as this year’s Convocation photographer. They will be taking photos of our graduates as they cross the stage, and will be available to take individual and group portraits before and after the ceremony. Appointments are required for portraits.

How will I hear about Convocation?

Information regarding Spring 2018 Convocation has been emailed to those students who are anticipated to be eligible to graduate prior to the June ceremonies.  This email does not confirm your eligibility to graduate; if you are uncertain about your eligibility, please speak with your instructor.

All communication regarding your graduation and convocation is done through email. Use the 'Student Portal' link in the menu on the left side of this web page to access your student portal and verify that your personal contact information is up to date.

If you have missed a message about convocation, please check your 'junk mail' folder; you may email to request a copy of what you have missed.
