Bursaries are offered in the Fall and Winter terms each year for students with a demonstrated financial need and minimum academic standing. Bursaries are intended to provide support to current MITT students for living expenses while studying.
This support for students is funded by MITT and donations from our industry partners State Industries, RBC Convention Centre, and the Louise and Allan Windas Bursary/Winnipeg Foundation.
Upcoming info sessions: student loans, tuition, and finances
Student Services is holding two info sessions on these topics to help you prepare for life as a full-time student this fall.
When: July 25 from noon to 1 p.m., and July 26 from 5 to 6 p.m.
Where: The Deltas at 130 Henlow Bay
Details: We will be discussing options to finance your tuition and living costs, as well as how to balance work and full-time studies. There will be a short presentation and lots of time to ask questions.
All students are strongly encouraged to attend; parents, spouses, partners and family are invited as well. An RSVP is not required, but if you can, please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org to help us plan for how many people to expect.
If you can’t make it to one of the sessions, please contact MITT Student Services any time to speak with a Student Advisor before classes start.
